What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery. Please email info@ellebrands.com within 7 days after receiving your order for return instructions. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. If we receive an item that is damaged, store credit will not be issued.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items, or gift cards, or subscriptions.

When will my item ship?

Most orders ship within 7 Business Days. High Demand Items and Pre-Orders can take 10-14 business days and will state their shipping speed in the item description.

How does custom ordering work?

Fill out a contact form and we will reach out to confirm your design. Please allow up to 10 business days if we have to order supplies for your order

Subscription Refunds

Refund and exchanges are not accepted with Subscriptions. In the event that you forget to cancel, please contact us at info@ellebrands.com within 3 business days for a refund (unless your order has already shipped). Once your order has shipped, a refund cannot be provided.
