What is the return policy?
Returns are not accepted. If the item is damaged, a replacement will be sent.

All orders will ship within 3 business days
How does custom ordering work?
Fill out a contact form and we will reach out to confirm your design. Please allow up to 10 business days if we have to order supplies for your order
We currently only accept returns if the wrong item was shipped or if the item was damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
VIP Club Refunds
Refund and exchanges are not accepted with the VIP Club Subscription. In the event that you forget to cancel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days for a refund. Once your order has shipped, a refund cannot be provided.
